New Webstore! FAQs and Info

Welcome to the new Rocking Horse Records webstore! It's been a long time coming but it's a big change for us so we hope you can bear with us in the event of any disruptions or issues.

Here's a few FAQs that may answer any burning questions you have about the change:

Q: What happened to my customer account?
A: Your old customer accounts will no longer work on the new website as we've moved to a new store provider, so you'll have to make new accounts

Q: What happened to my order history or my current orders?
A: Your order history is still available to us, so if you need to access it for any reason, get in touch with mailorder@rockinghorse.net or give us a ring. If you had any outstanding orders at the time of the change-over, we'll have reached out to you directly with instructions.

Q: What happened to my gift cards?
A: If you had any outstanding gift cards, we will be contacting you to reissue a new online gift card. As it may take some time for us to get through the backlog, if you would like to use your gift card online before we get in touch, please give us a ring so we can immediately give you a new one!
