Position Title: IT Maintenance Staff
Employment Type: Casual
Location: Brisbane CBD (245 Albert St)
Remuneration/Pay Rate: $40/hour
We are a Brisbane CBD located retailer looking for a new employee to manage an online website, on-site computers and troubleshooting IT problems as they occur.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing company e-commerce operations through website
basic computer and peripheral troubleshooting, maintenance and updates. - Providing technical support and communication for point-of-sale system maintenance and upgrades.
- The ability to respond to urgent IT issues would be preferred
A successful applicant requires experience in:
- Windows
- Microsoft office
- Computer Hardware
- Database Administration
- Computer Troubleshooting
Some knowledge of the following is important:
- Windows 10-11
- Databases
- Network attached storage systems
- Shell Scripts
Desirable Experience/Skills:
- Experience with peripherals, printers, barcode scanners, EFTPOS terminals and cash drawers
- Ability to adapt and learn as you work
- Programming language experience
- Web Development
- Data analysis
- SEO
